These terms govern your use of pmcelenet.shop and any purchase from Gridnest, the storefront of PMC ELECTRICAL NETWORK LTD. By ordering, you agree to them.
01What we are — and what we are not
Gridnest is a retailer of inert plastic small-parts organisers, sorting cases, bins and tray systems. We sell finished storage products and ship them to you.
Gridnest is not an installation, repair, electrical or trade service. We do not fit, wire, mount, quote or carry out work of any kind, and we do not collect payment on behalf of any contractor. Every product we sell is used by simply placing or assembling it yourself — no tools, wiring or fixed installation are required or provided.
02Ordering and pricing
- ·All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include the item only; shipping is shown at checkout.
- ·An order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we confirm dispatch.
- ·We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is mispriced or out of stock) and will refund any payment taken.
- ·Product images are representative; exact colour and finish may vary slightly.
03Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never receive your full card number. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. Membership plans, where taken, renew automatically each period until cancelled — see Membership and the Refund policy.
04Safe use of products
- ·Small parts: some organisers hold or are sized for small components. Keep small parts and any small accessories away from children under 3 — choking hazard.
- ·Load limits: shelf, wall and under-shelf products state a maximum load. Do not exceed it. You are responsible for safe placement and, where a product is mounted, for using appropriate fixings for your surface.
- ·Not a safety container: our organisers are general storage. They are not certified containment for hazardous, chemical, flammable, food or medical items and must not be used as such.
- ·Materials: products are plastic storage only. They contain no electronics, batteries or moving mechanisms beyond simple lids, slides and dividers.
05Membership terms
Membership is a shopping-benefit subscription (member pricing, shipping perks, priority handling). It is not credit, not stored value and not a withdrawable balance. Benefits apply to the current billing period and do not carry over. You may cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.
06Returns
Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
07Acceptable use and content
Your use of the site is subject to our Acceptable use policy and Content license. All site content and images are owned by or licensed to PMC ELECTRICAL NETWORK LTD.
08Eligibility and minors
You must be at least 13 to use this store and to place an order; customers aged 13–17 must have a parent or guardian’s consent. Payment cards must belong to an adult account holder or be used with their permission.
09Liability
We stand behind our products but, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for misuse of a product contrary to its stated purpose and load limits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights.
10Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, United Kingdom, and disputes are subject to the courts of Scotland, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Questions: support@pmcelenet.shop.
